This series or drawings initially followed my short story A City Stroll. In the end it strayed from it and became a collection of images meant to echo one another, and eventually the fuel ran out.
It felt a bit odd at first to bring this usually whimsical character into an atmosphere that personally felt more serious. There’s a consistent sense of void and loneliness present across those images,
and funnily enough, I have a weird sense of guilt for having put my character in some of those environments. As if it was waiting for it to be over haha
